Create User
Use the Create User action to create a user.
Complete the following steps to use the Create User action in your workflow:
1. Drag the
Create User action under
Salesforce to the canvas, place the pointer on the action, and then click
or double-click the action. The Create User window opens.
2. Edit the Label, if needed. By default, the label name is the same as the action name.
If you previously added a connector type, select the appropriate Connector Type, and under Connector Name, select the connector.
4. Click TEST to validate the connector.
5. Click
MAP CONNECTOR to execute the action using a connector that is different from the one that you are using to populate the input fields. In the
Runtime Connector field, provide a valid Salesforce connector name. For more information about

6. Provide the User Name, Last Name, Email Address, User Alias Name, and Community Nickname of the user you want to create.
7. Select or specify the Time Zone, Locale, and Language associated with the user.
8. In the Email Encoding list, select or specify the email encoding method for the user.
9. Provide the Profile Type ID of the user.
10. Click Show additional fields.
11. In the About Me field, provide additional details of the user.
12. Select Form to provide inputs for individual input fields listed in the form, or select Assign JSON to specify a single JSON with all required inputs.

Under the Additional Fields section, click Add, and do the following: a. In the Field Name field, provide the name of the Userentity UI field that you want to add. The field name should be similar to the field name specified in the API Documentation. b. In the Value field, provide the value for the specified field. Click Add to add multiple field name-value pairs. Click to delete any field name-value pair that you added. |

13. Click Done.
