Technically Complete a Production Order
Technical completion of a production order means ending a production order from a logistics viewpoint. This function is used if the execution of an order must be stopped prematurely, or if the order could not be executed in the required manner, or if open requirements for the order, such as reservations or capacities, should be deleted.
Use the Technically Complete a Production Order action to technically complete a production order.
The following BAPI has been used for this action:
Complete the following steps to use the Technically Complete a Production Order action in your workflow:
1. Drag the Technically Complete a Production Order action under SAP RFC to the canvas, place the pointer on the action, and then click or double-click the action. The Technically Complete a Production Order window opens.
2. Edit the Label, if needed. By default, the label name is the same as the action name.
3. To add an SAP RFC connector type, refer to Supported SAP RFC Connector Types.
If you previously added a connector type, select the appropriate Connector Type, and under Connector Name, select the connector name.
4. Click TEST to validate the connector.
5. Click MAP CONNECTOR to execute the action using a connector that is different from the one that you are using to populate the input fields. In the Runtime Connector field, provide a valid SAP RFC connector name. For more information about MAP CONNECTOR, see Using Map Connector.
6. In the Production Order field, provide a production order ID.
7. Click Done.
