Basic
Adding a Basic connector
1. Drag any action under SAP RFC to the canvas, place the pointer on the action, and then click or double-click the action.
2. Under Connector Name, in the SAP RFC Connection field, select Add New.
3. Edit the Connector Label field, if you want. Labels are case-sensitive. Do not use spaces, special characters, and leading numbers.
4. In the Host field, enter the SAP host IP or alias. The host is referred to as Application server or Group/Server in NetWeaver.
5. In the User Name and Password fields, enter the correct user name and password.
6. In the System Number field, enter the unique identifier of the SAP system. The System Number, also called Instance Number, can be found in the connection properties while connecting through NetWeaver as the property. The Instance Number is a two digit number ranging between 00-97. Alternately, you can use the function, FM GET_SYSTEM_NUMBER to get the system number.
7. In the Client field, enter the SAP client ID.
The RFC client SDK is available from SAP Marketplace. The SAP Marketplace is inaccessible with trial accounts.
8. In the Language field, enter the language, such as EN for English, FR for French, and so on.
9. Click ADD to add the SAP RFC Basic connector.
