Okta Active Directory User and Group Sync Configuration
External directory sync for users and groups is supported on the Okta platform. You can configure Okta AD sync to:
Create and update User Profiles and remove Zinc users.
Add users to Zinc Groups.
Create, update, and remove Zinc Groups.
Supported provisioning features include the following.

Push New Users
New users created in Okta are also created in Zinc.
Push Profile Updates
Updates made to user profiles in Okta are also made in Zinc.
Push User Deactivation
When users or their application access are deactivated, users are deactivated in Zinc.

For this application, deactivation means that users are removed from your Zinc Organization and all Zinc Groups. You can reactivate user accounts in Zinc to restore application access, but they are not added to any of their previous Groups.
Push Groups
Groups and their members can be pushed to Zinc. For more information about Okta group push operations, consult the Okta Help Center.

Before you move users into or out of groups in Okta, be sure to disable all provisioning rules to avoid accidental Zinc user deactivation.
To configure Okta AD sync for Zinc, you should be familiar with Okta application and directory management. For up-to-date product information, consult the Okta Help Center. Before you begin to configure Okta provisioning for Zinc, you must add a Zinc application integration and configure General Settings and Sign-On Options for Zinc.
