Modifying Scheduler, Map, or Project Resource Lists
You can modify the custom Resource Lists that you create to show or hide inactive Resources and Crews, include or exclude specific Service Teams, and select Resource types and Appointment end Status values to show or hide.
To modify Scheduler, Map, or Project Resource Lists:
1. In the Scheduler, Map, or Project Resource List, in the picklist, hover your mouse pointer over the Resource List view that you want to edit, and then click Edit (

Your can modify only your own custom Resource Lists, which appear above the horizontal line in the picklist.

2. In the Edit Resource List dialog box, c;ock Include Teams, Show Resource Types, and Hide Appointments and update options as needed, and then click Save.
