Creating Custom Job Lists and Resource Lists
You can create personalized Job Lists by using the Job Filter, and personalized Resource Lists by using the Resource Filter.
To create custom Job Lists and Resource Lists:
1. In the Scheduler tab, select the Job List or Resource List you want to use as the basis for your custom view.
2. Use the Job Filter or the Resource Filter to locate the Jobs or Resources you want to include in your new Job List or Resource List.
3. In the Job Filter or Resource Filter dialog box, in the Job List Name or Resource List Name field, enter a new name, and then click Save As.
