Identifying Foundation-Enabled Orgs
You can easily check whether the Salesforce org provisioned for your Service Board tenant as Foundation-enabled.
To identify Foundation-enabled orgs:
1. In Max Designer, click Administration (
) > > , and then in the list view, click Foundation Workflows.
) > > , and then in the list view, click Foundation Workflows.2. On the record page, click the System Info tab and check whether the Active check box is selected.
