This error occurs when logged-in Service Board users who do not have Salesforce login credentials dispatch Resources to Jobs. The HTTP notification for the Create Appointment event fails with a Response Code field value of 400, an empty Error Message field in the notification record, and the string "OwnerId":{"io_external_id":null}," in the Request Body field, as shown above.
To resolve Error 11:
• In the failed HTTP Notification record, in the Owner field, change the value to a user who has valid Salesforce login credentials, and then retry the notification.
