Enabling Automatic Travel Time Calculation
You can enable automatic travel time calculation to show estimated travel times in the Dispatch Job dialog box.

To use this feature, the Enable Auto Travel Time Calculation setting must be enabled, and the Dispatch Job Dialog Content setting must be configured to Appointment and Job Forms or Appointment Form Only. When the Dispatch Job dialog box is enabled and users drag Jobs into Resource rows on the Calendar to create Appointments, or drag to reassign or reschedule existing Appointments on the Scheduler Calendar, the dialog box opens and shows calculated travel times before users save their updates. When users manually edit travel time field values to values of 0 or greater in the Dispatch Job dialog box, travel times are not calculated. However, if users delete travel time field values, travel times are calculated.
To enable automatic travel time calculation:
1. Launch Max Admin, and then on the Administration () launchpad menu, click Settings.
2. In the Settings list view, click Enable Auto Travel Time Calculation, and then on the record page, on the Overview tab, select the Default Value check box and save and close the record.
3. To enable automatic travel time calculation in the Dispatch Job dialog box, in the Settings list view, click Enable Travel Time Calculation on Dispatch Dialog, and then on the Overview tab, select the Default Value check box.
4. In the top left corner, click Save and Close ().
