Configuring the Dispatch Job Dialog Box
The Dispatch Job dialog box appears when dispatchers schedule, reschedule, or reassign Appointments. This dialog box is disabled by default, and must be configured in the Dispatch Job Dialog Content setting record to be available to dispatchers. If configured, dispatchers can update field settings for Appointments only, Jobs only, or Jobs and Appointments in this dialog box.
To avoid potential data conflicts, the following limited set of fields in the Appointment and Job objects are editable by default in the Dispatch Job dialog box:

End
Duration

You can use Form Designer to modify field metadata settings to make these fields non-editable, or to add custom fields. All other predefined fields that ship with Service Board are read-only in the Dispatch Job dialog box, regardless of field properties set at the metadata or form level.
