Configuring Appointment Preview Labels
To configure Appointment preview labels:
1. In Max Designer, click Developer Tools (
) > , and then in the Objects by Application list view, in the Service Board section, click Appointment.

On the Appointment object page, on the Fields tab, in the Object Fields list, click Name, and then on the Name page, on the Code tab, in the Custom Code field, modify the code as needed and save and close the record.
