Disabling Automatic Multi-Resource Date Range Adjustment
By default, when users invoke Manage Multiple Resources from the Job Action Menu, the Multi-Resource Calendar appears and the currently selected date and date range automatically adjust to show all existing Appointments created for the selected Job. This behavior can be inconvenient for users when a longer date range is selected and a Job has only a few related Appointments. To address this issue, you can disable the Enable Calendar Automatic Date Range Adjustment setting.
To disable automatic Multi-Resource date range adjustment:
1. In Max Designer, on the Administration() launchpad menu, click Settings, and then in the list view, click Enable Calendar Automatic Date Range Adjustment.
2. On the record page, on the Overview tab, clear the Default Value check box, and then in the top left corner, click Save and Close.
