Enabling Align Appointments by Default in the Multi-Resource Assignment Calendar
To save time for dispatchers, you can configure Service Board to enable the Align Appointments option by default when users enter the Multi-Resource Assignment Calendar. To do so, you configure the Align Appointments by Default setting.

In cases where Jobs are already assigned to Resources when users enter the Multi-Resource Assignment Calendar, the configured Align Appointments field value in the relevant Job record is used to determine whether the Align Appointments option is enabled for Appointments that are in non-final status. The Align Appointments by Default setting takes effect only for Jobs without any existing Appointments, and overrides the configured Align Appointments field value only for those specific Jobs.

To enable Align Appointments by default in the Multi-Resource Assignment Calendar:
