Configuring the Asset-Centric View
The Asset-Centric View is a BETA feature introduced in Service Board 20.2c, Unlike the standard Calendar, which shows only Resources and Appointments, the Asset Calendar shows schedule and location information for installed products associated with Jobs and Appointments.

The Asset-Centric View is enabled by default.
Custom list views for the Asset Calendar cannot be created by dispatchers for their personal use. Administrators and implementers can configure custom list views for the Installed Product object, which then are available for dispatcher selection in the Asset Calendar.
To configure the Asset-Centric View:
1. To enable or disable the Asset-Centric View, in Max Designer, on the Administration () launchpad menu, click Settings, and then in the list view, click Enable Asset-Centric View.
2. On the record page, on the Overview tab, select or clear the Default Value check box, and then in the top left corner, click Save and Close ().
3. To configure the maximum number of Installed Product records that can be shown in the Asset Calendar, in the Settings list view, click Maximum View Size for Asset Calendar.
4. Optionally, on the record page, on the Overview tab, in the Default Value field, increase or decrease the default value of 500, and then in the top left corner, click Save and Close ().
5. To configure an avatar for an asset on the Asset Calendar, in the Settings list view, click Default Asset Avatar.
6. On the record page, on the Overview tab, in the Default Value field, upload a custom image file, and then in the top left corner, click Save and Close ().
