Configuring Sync Intervals for Deleted Child Events
When child Multi-Assign Events are deleted from Salesforce, there can be a delay of up to 30 minutes before changes are synched to Service Board. Because the Sync Deleted Event Relations system job runs every 30 minutes by default, child Events can sometimes remain on the Scheduler Calendar after they are deleted from Salesforce. You can reconfigure this sync interval as needed.
To configure sync intervals for deleted child Events:
1. In
Max Admin, on the
System Management (
) launchpad menu, expand the
System Management section and click
System Jobs, and then in the list view, click
Sync Deleted Event Relations.
2. On the record page, in the
Cron Expression field, modify the value as needed, and then in the top left corner, click
Save and Close (
).
