Configuring Real-Time Sync for Overnight Stay Policies
Flows and Triggers for objects related to Overnight Stay Policies are supported in Service Board Extension release package versions SVMXSB 23.20000.1 and later, and field sets for these related objects are supported in ServiceMax release package versions SVMXC 23.2 and later.
• For Salesforce orgs with release package versions earlier than SVMXC 23.2, you must manually configure custom field sets for objects related to Overnight Stay Policies. After you upgrade to SVMXC 23.2 or later, you must delete these mamually configured custom field sets.
• For Salesforce orgs with release package versions earlier than SVMXSB 23.20000.1, you must manually configure custom Triggers, Flows, or Process Builders for objects related to Overnight Stay Policies. After you upgrade to SVMXSB 23.20000.1 or later, you must deactivate and delete these manually configured items.
To configure real-time sync for Overnight Stay Policies:
1. If your Salesforce org release package version is earlier than SVMXC 23.2, follow the steps in Configuring Real-Time Sync to Support Custom Fields on SFDC to manually configure the following custom field sets for objects related to Overnight Stay Policies.

2. If your Salesforce org release package version is earlier than SVMSB 23.2, do one of the following:
◦ Follow the steps in Configuring Real-Time Sync Filtering With Process Builder to configure Process Builders for the Overnight Stay Policy, Technician/Equipment, and Territory objects.
◦ Follow the steps in Configuring Real-Time Sync Filtering With Flows to configure Flows for the Overnight Stay Policy, Technician/Equipment, and Territory objects.
3. To complete real-time sync configuration for Salesforce orgs with release package versions earlier than SVMXSB 23.2, follow the steps in Configuring Salesforce-to-Service Board Real-Time Sync for Custom Object Deletion to configure the Trigger for Overnight Stay Policy deletion.
