Configuring Actual Time Settings
By default, the Actual Time slider button on the Scheduler Calendar is disabled. To make this functionality available to users, you configure the Display Actual Time in Calendar setting. Then, to configure the maximum adjustment range for actual times, you configure the Actual Time Adjustment Threshold for Past Appointments (in days) setting. Appointments that are scheduled before the start of this range are ignored and are not adjusted in the Scheduler Calendar. The default value is 1, with minimum and maximum values of 0 and 30. When this value is set to 0, previous Appointments are not adjusted. Additionally, when this setting is configured to larger values, a greater number of previous Appointments are loaded, which can affect UI performance.
To configure Actual Time settings:
1. To enable the Actual Time slider button, in Max Designer, on the Administration () launchpad menu, click Settings, and then in the list view, click Display Actual Time in Calendar.
2. On the record page, on the Overview tab, select the Default Value check box, and then in the top left corner, click Save and Close ().
3. Next, to configure the Actual Time adjustment range for actual times in past Appointments, in the Settings list view, click Actual Time Adjustment Threshold for Past Appointments (in days).
4. On the record page, on the Overview tab, in the Default Value field, specify a value between 0 and 30, and then in the top left corner, click Save and Close ().
