About Objects, Fields, and Relationships
You can create custom objects, fields, and relationships to store and manage information that is specific to your organization’s unique needs. For example, you can add custom fields to Resource records to track the dates when temporary employees’ contracts end, or define a relationship that triggers a Resource record to appear when users click the Resource name in a Service Team record.

Any custom objects that you create on Salesforce are not migrated to Max during initial data sync, so to continue using those objects, you must recreate them on the Max platform. Additionally, custom objects and fields that you create on the Max side exist only on that platform, so you must map these items for synchronization to ensure parity.
You use Max Designer to create and configure objects and fields, define relationships between objects, and design object creation forms.
