This topic illustrates how travel times are calculated for non-work order events.
Example 1
The following are the parameters:
Technician/Territory Working Hours: 8 AM TO 5 PM
Before the shift begins, technicians should drive on their own time for up to (Minutes): 60 Mins (set at Dispatch Process level)
After the shift ends, technicians should drive on their own time for up to (Minutes): 60 Mins (Set at Dispatch Process level)

The event will be rejected if the travel time needed to reach the event is more than the following:
The value configured before the shift begins + value from the technician working start to event start time
For example, the event will be rejected if the travel time needed is 70 minutes, as the available time is just 65 minutes.
