RTO schedules work orders that qualify for automated scheduling only and is defined by work order qualification criteria.

RTO operates within pre-set boundaries, termed as territories. An administrator defines the territories. RTO adheres to the territory rules and schedules the work orders accordingly. Each dispatch process is associated with a territory and it schedules work orders to the technicians of the associated territory only.
