Manual Assignment Events
This topic illustrates how travel times are calculated for manually assigned events.
Example 1
The following are the parameters:
Technician/Territory Working Hours: 8 AM TO 5 PM
Before the shift begins, technicians should drive on their own time for up to (Minutes): 60 Mins (set at Dispatch Process level)
After the shift ends, technicians should drive on their own time for up to (Minutes): 60 Mins (Set at Dispatch Process level)

The event will be rejected if the travel time needed to reach the event is more than the following value:
value specified in the before the shift begins field + value from the technician working start to event start time
For example, the event will be rejected if the travel time needed is 70 minutes, as the available time is only 65 minutes.
