This topic illustrates how travel times are calculated for events assigned by Schedule Optimization.
Example 1
The following are the parameters:
Technician/Territory Working Hours: 8 AM TO 5 PM
Before the shift begins, technicians should drive on their own time for up to (Minutes): 60 Mins (set at Dispatch Process level)
After the shift ends, technicians should drive on their own time for up to (Minutes): 60 Mins (Set at Dispatch Process level)
