Managing Time Windows
You can create time windows, edit the existing windows, delete them, and view the associated appointment types for any time window.
To create a time window:
1. Navigate to > > .
2. Click Manage Time Windows.
The Time Windows page is displayed. The page lists all the existing time windows.

You can sort the time windows by various criteria provided in the Sort By dropdown list.

3. Click New Time Window.
4. Enter the following appointment information as displayed on the screen.

Time Window Name

Specify a unique name for the time window you are creating.

Start Time

Specify the start time for the time window.

End Time

Specify the end time for the time window.

You can create multiple time windows on this page, by clicking Add adjacent to the time window row and adding the time window information for the new row.

5. Click Save.
The time window created is saved and displayed in the Time Windows grid.

You can also edit or delete existing time windows on the Time Windows page.

To edit a time window:
1. Select the time window.
2. Click Edit Time Window.
The time window details are displayed.
3. Update the information for the time window.
4. Click Save.
To delete a time window:
1. Select the time window and
2. Click Delete Time Window.
The time window details are displayed.
3. Click Delete.
