Limitations and Validations
The following are the limitations, validations, and checks when you create a dispatch process. Ensure that you meet the validation criteria.
• You can create a maximum of 350 dispatch processes.
• You edit and save the WO again if it qualifies for a different dispatch process or is disqualified for a dispatch process.
• The
No Optimization Engine is enabled for this org error is displayed when you navigate to the Dispatch Processes page through ServiceMax Setup > Scheduling and Optimization. This happens when your org is not configured with Schedule Optimization. Contact ServiceMax Support to get any Optimization Engine enabled. Ensure that Schedule Optimization is
provisioned and configured in your org.
