Editing Dispatch Processes
To edit a dispatch process:
1. Navigate to ServiceMax Setup > Scheduling & Optimization> Dispatch Processes.
2. Click the Action Menu in the row of the dispatch process you want to edit and click Edit.The selected dispatch process details are displayed on the Dispatch Process page.
3. Edit the dispatch process details as required. For more information about the dispatch process details, see Creating Dispatch Processes.

The Dispatch Method field value is not editable. Therefore, you cannot change the dispatch method when editing a dispatch process.

4. Click Save to save the updated dispatch process.

You cannot edit a dispatch process when the job run for that process is in progress.
