Creating an MTTS Rule
To create an MTTS rule:
1. Click New Rule in the MTTS Rules screen.
2. Enter a name in the Rule Name field. Ensure the rule name is readable and indicates the purpose of the MTTS rule. For example "Hard Disk Replacement On Dell Notebooks".
3. Enter a description of the rule.
4. Specify the criteria for each rule using the combination of the Work Order field name, operator, and value. Ensure that the criteria are exclusive between each rule. Use the And buttons to add and remove conditions respectively. If required, use the Advanced Expression to enter conditions such as (1 AND 2) OR 3.
5. Enter MTTS in minutes.
6. Click Save.

ServiceMax recommends that you adhere to a maximum limit of 1000 MTTS rules. An error is displayed if you try to create more than 1000 rules.
