Cloning Dispatch Processes
To clone a dispatch process:
1. Navigate to ServiceMax Setup > Scheduling & Optimization> Dispatch Processes.
2. Click the Action Menu in the row of the dispatch process you want to clone and click Clone.The selected dispatch process details are displayed on the Dispatch Process page.
3. Edit the dispatch process details as required to create a cloned dispatch process. For more information about the dispatch process details, see Creating Dispatch Processes.

Changing the auto-populated cloned name and providing a new name for the dispatch process is recommended.

4. Click Save to save the cloned dispatch process.
