Technicians can upload attachments to the child records in the Edit screens. Technicians can also know if a child record has any attachments with an attachment icon next to the record. The attachment icon is available if it is a local attachment or if it is downloaded.

Technicians can also edit the attachments to update the title and description of the file. They also have an option to delete an attachment from a child record.

Technicians can also preview and download an attachment based on the requirement.

The Sync on Finalize configuration is now supported for client and server generation of PDF of the output documents. As an administrator, you can configure the Sync on Finalise option for each OPDoc process. Based on the setting selected for that process, the type of sync is triggered upon Finalize of the output documents. If Default is set, then the corresponding SET019 setting is considered.
