The ServiceMax Go for Windows 14.0 release expands the platform with AI Actions, AI Chat, and Embedded Zinc communication, bringing in-app intelligence and collaboration directly into the technician workflow. Task Dependency enforcement ensures technicians follow the defined execution sequence within Work Orders. Scheduled Tasks assigned in Service Board now appear on the Go calendar alongside standard events. Shared enhancements include improved notification management, smarter handling of Configuration Sync notifications, live online search in View SFM child sections, Lookup datatype support in Technical Attributes, default landing tabs and record counts on SFM tabs, and more accurate timesheet calculations.
