Task Management
The Service Tasks, when configured by the back-office agents, are also available in the Go app for the technicians to perform the configured tasks on an installed product linked to a Work Order record. Tasks are grouped by Work Plan templates for an associated Service Product or Work Order. They can also configure Tasks directly on Work Order.

Technicians can access the Tasks from the standard Appointment Details screen. They can also access the Service Product records and Tasks from the Actions menu.
Technicians can change the status of the tasks with a single click. They can upload attachments and update service notes in a task. They can also generate PDFs and launch the configured SFMs to update the linked Work Order or Installed Product record.
