What's Enhanced
Dismiss All - Data Validation Rule Warning Enhancement
The enhancement of data validation user experience within our system signifies improved operational efficiency and technician satisfaction. This update introduces the capability for technicians to swiftly dismiss all warning messages associated with a specific child section, streamlining the process of handling data validation rules (DVR) alerts while managing Work Order records.
Previously, technicians faced the repetitive and time-consuming task of individually acknowledging each warning message triggered by DVRs, this process not only slowed down the completion of Work Orders but also reintroduced the same warnings upon revisiting the detail lines. This repetitive acknowledgment requirement hindered workflow efficiency and could impact data integrity and technician productivity.
The introduction of the Dismiss All feature represents a critical advancement. Now, with enhanced DVR capabilities, administrators can activate this feature within the Mobile Console. Technicians can now dismiss the warning messages per detail section of a similar nature with a single action, allowing them to proceed with saving their records without the need to address each warning individually.
This enhancement not only improves the user experience for technicians by reducing the administrative burden but also enhances workflow continuity and data handling efficiency.

Wizard Step Filter in Action Menu
The introduction of a search functionality within the Action menu in the Go app represents an enhancement aimed at streamlining operations and improving technician productivity. This feature allows technicians to locate specific wizard steps required in their workflow efficiently.
By enabling a search capability directly within the Action menu, accessible via the Ctrl + F shortcut on Windows devices, the system empowers technicians to navigate through an extensive array of configured wizards swiftly. This is particularly beneficial in scenarios where a record is associated with many wizard steps, significantly reducing the time and effort required to identify the necessary step.
This feature enhances operational efficiency and contributes to an improved user experience by reducing the complexity and time involved in navigating through various wizard steps.
