Responding to a Transfer Request Received
Android and iOS
You can see the list of transfer requests you have received from your contacts under the Received category in the Transfer Requests screen.
Perform the following steps to respond to a received request.
1. Log in to the Go app with your valid credentials.
2. Navigate to More > Inventory > Transfer Requests.
3. Tap the Received option. The list of transfer requests is displayed under the Received category.
4. Tap the required transfer request. The Transfer Request Details screen is displayed with the following details.
◦ Request status details
◦ Request received date
◦ Requested product details
▪ Product name
▪ Product code
▪ Requested quantity
▪ Total quantity in your stock
◦ Requester contact details
▪ Technician name from whom the request is received
▪ Technician phone number (if it exists in the contact record)
▪ Text button
▪ Call button
5. Do one of the following to respond to the request.
◦ Text Technician: Tap the Text button. It launches the default message application on your device with the selected number.
◦ Call Technician: Tap the Call button. It launches the default phone application on your device with the selected number.
◦ Reply: Tap Reply, and then tap Accept or Decline to respond to the request. You can change the quantity of the spare parts while accepting the request. After successful validation, the status of the request is updated to Accepted or Declined and the requestor is notified of the same through a push notification.

6. Tap Done to return to the request list screen.
