Checklist Responses in Output Documents
Android and iOS
If your Administrator has configured Output Documents on the Checklist object you can view the responses recorded in completed checklists in report format. You can invoke the checklist configured Output Document process through the Actions menu on your record.

By default, all the sections of a checklist are printed. If your administrator has selected the Exclude Unanswered questions, then only the answered sections of a checklist are printed.
Windows
You can view the responses recorded of the completed checklists in report format if your Administrator has configured Output Documents on the Checklist object.
To create an output document:
1. Open the word order record in the SFM View process.
2. Launch the checklist configured Output Document process from the Actions menu. The checklist report is displayed.
3. Click Signature to sign if the report is configured to obtain one or more signatures. For information, see Signature Capture.
4. Click Finalize. The PDF is generated and available in the documents section of the record after completion of data sync.
