Checklists
Android and iOS
The Checklists feature in ServiceMax Go app comprises of responses to various checklist questionnaire at relevant stages of field service. Later, reports can be generated out of the checklist responses to analyze patterns and volumes related to maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of products, per technician/team.
Checklists that are downloaded to your device can be accessed under the Actions menu of the record's view process. The Checklists page lists all the checklists whose entry criteria are satisfied for a given record. Checklist processes have the following statuses:
Start New - indicates that a new instance of a checklist can be created by tapping the Start New link and you can start answering it for the first time.
In Progress - indicates that the checklist has been started but not yet completed/submitted. This happens when you save and exit an on-going checklist. You can start a new instance of another checklist process. However, once a checklist is in progress state, a new instance of it cannot be created until the on-going one is completed/submitted.
Completed - indicates that the checklist is submitted and cannot be edited further. However, a new instance of it can be created by tapping the Start New option in the checklists view screen. You can tap a checklist in Completed state, to view the answers selected or entered in read-only mode. Alternatively, if there are multiple completed instances of a checklist, you can click on the number of the completed checklist to display a pop-up with different timestamps when the checklist was completed. You can then select any one checklist timestamp to view the answers in read-only mode.
