Permissions Required for Team Calendar
The Team Calendar feature in ServiceMax Go requires specific object-level and profile permissions to view and manage calendar events for yourself and your team members.
The minimum permissions required to use the Team Calendar feature in ServiceMax Go are as follows:
Permission area
Requirement
View events for self and team members
Users must have Read access to Work Orders and Events, including non-work order events, assigned to themselves and their selected team members.
Object-level record access
Users need object-level permissions to view records, such as work orders and events, for all team members they wish to add to their calendar view.
Team member visibility
Users must belong to the same service team to see each other's calendar events.
Calendar feature access
The Team Calendar feature must be enabled for the user profile in the ServiceMax Go Mobile Console (GCON).
