Team Calendar
The Team Calendar empowers technicians, team leads, and field managers to view and coordinate not just their own schedules, but also those of their selected team members, all within a single, unified calendar interface.
Key Capabilities of Team Calendar
• Unified Team & Personal Calendar Views
◦ Day View: See events on work orders and non-WO events for selected team members, arranged in swim-lanes.
◦ Agenda/Map Views: Show only the logged-in user’s events.
◦ Dots in the calendar popup and week scroll indicate event availability for selected members.
• Event Display and Usability
◦ Appointment titles and descriptions are shown as configured in the Mobile Console.
◦ All-day, multi-day, and overlapping events are supported, with clear visual differentiation and smooth transitions.
◦ Color coding for appointments is applied as per configuration, making it easy to distinguish different types of events.
• User Experience Enhancements
◦ Toolbar in the calendar can be shown or hidden to maximize space, with the state remembered per device.
◦ Drag-and-drop of events is not allowed in a Team Calendar is enabled.
◦ Member pills and event cards are dynamically updated as members are added or removed.
