Issue Report and Feedback

You can launch the Issue Report option in the Go app to submit any issues or provide product feedback directly to the product engineering team for further evaluation and resolution. You can also attach files with the issue report. You can submit issues in offline mode, which is synchronized with the server when your device has internet connectivity.
You can send reports on the following encounters to the Product and Quality teams.

Feedback on any product
In Android and iOS, the Installed Product field in the issue report displays Installed Products from the Work Order through the Service Product relationship when the Service Product records are present. Service Product records take priority over Installed Base records when both are present on the Work Order.
Administrators can configure additional fields to appear on the issue report form. These fields can be set as mandatory or optional based on organization requirements. Additional configured fields appear on the issue report form alongside the standard fields.
