Issue Report and Feedback

You can launch the Issue Report option in the Go app to submit any issues or provide product feedback directly to the product engineering team for further evaluation and resolution. You can also attach files with the issue report. You can submit issues in offline mode, which is synchronized with the server when your device has internet connectivity.
You can send reports on the following encounters to the Product and Quality teams.
• Incidents or issues you face in the field or any product
• Feedback on any product
Use Cases
The following list represents the benefits and use cases of the feature in the Go app:
• Enables technicians to share the product feedback and issues directly from the Go app.
