Interpreting Mixed Workloads in the Calendar
The calendar displays both Work Order events and Scheduled Task on the Calendar together. This combined view helps you understand whether scheduled work represents a single visit or a set of planned tasks within a Work Order.
To understand how different types of work are represented in the calendar:
1. Open the Calendar in the Go app.
2. Review the scheduled events for the selected day or week.
3. Identify event types:
◦ Work Order events typically represent a single scheduled visit.
◦ Scheduled Task on the Calendar represent individual tasks within a Work Order and share a common color and indicator.
4. Use this visual distinction to understand whether a visit is a simple appointment or part of a task-based job with multiple planned steps.
