Retrieving Pricing Data
Android and iOS
You can prepare the work order ahead of time by retrieving the latest pricing data and entitlement details. To initiate Price Calculation when the device is offline, the latest pricing data has to be downloaded before initiating Price Calculation. For more information, see Initiating Price Calculation.
To retrieve the latest pricing data so that it is available when the device is offline:
1. Open a Work Order and tap Actions.

Ensure the device has network connectivity.

2. Go to the Pricing & Billing wizard section and tap Make pricing data available offline. This action downloads the respective entitlement and pricing data to the device.
