Initiating Price Calculation
Android and iOS
To initiate Price Calculation, tap the Get Price button on the Work Order debrief screen when the device has online connectivity. To initiate Price Calculation when the device is offline, the latest pricing data has to be downloaded first and then Price Calculation has to be initiated. For more information, see Retrieve Pricing Data.
To launch Get Price:
1. Open a Work Order and tap Actions.
2. Open an Edit SFM transaction related to the Work Order debrief, then tap the Get Price button. This calculates the total billable price for the Work Order line items.

The work detail lines are also updated with the price if they are linked to the service product and auto-entitlement is performed on the service product. The pricing information on these work detail lines are not dependent on the global setting SET20 that enables entitlement on the work order. The SET20 setting does not need to be enabled or disabled specifically to populate the prices on the work detail lines if the linked service product is entitled and auto-entitlement is performed on the service product. Only the Labor and Parts lines are covered by the service product entitlement settings.
Price is calculated for the debrief line items, parts, labor, and expenses, in a work order, based on the covered Work Plan Entitlement from service contract and warranty.
