Mobile Activity Space
Mobile Activity Space (MAS) is an extensibility feature of the ServiceMax Go app. The following list explains its capabilities.
• Enables a web developer to create a package with HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS to create a unique user experience for a specific use case.
• Enables you to use common web development techniques.
• Allows you to access the local device properties, ServiceMax data, and SFM transactions.
• Allows the customers and partners to use standard web technologies to build richer UX to simplify a business process or to reduce the number of taps required to complete a process.
Use Cases
The following list represents sample Activity Spaces:
• Bar Code generator: You can use data from an Install Base Object or a Work Order in progress to create a QR Code or Bar Code for printing to a BT Label Printer.
• Image Map: Present an equipment schematic with direct links to SFM processes to capture data or complete a checklist.
Getting Started
