Checking PDF Generation Status
Android and iOS
You can check the status of the PDF generation from the Go app when the documents are pending synchronization. This feature is available if your administrator has enabled the custom setting for Server Generation.
To check the PDF generation status, perform the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Work Order record.
2. Tap Finalize on the document generation SFM screen.
The PDF is generated in the Documents section of the record. The document is pending synchronization with the server. Also, each of the generated documents is queued for synchronization in a new row.
The PDF generation status row summarizes the number of documents pending synchronization.

User Actions:
• Sync Pending Documents: Tap Sync Now to start the incremental synchronization. The status of the row is changed to Processing with the real-time progress.
When the synchronization is complete, the PDF generation status is changed to complete. It summarises the report with the number of documents synchronized successfully.
If there is any conflict with the PDF synchronization, it is summarized with the details in the sync report.
• Resolve PDF Generation Conflict: Tap Resolve in the PDF generation status row to resolve the conflicts. To know more about resolving conflicts, refer to the Resolve Conflicts section. When you resolve the conflicts, initiate the incremental sync again to synchronize the documents.
Windows
