Full sync refers to the automatic, immediate synchronization of data when technicians save a record and have internet connectivity in their devices. Immediate synchronization does not just save the record but synchronizes all the data updates and inserts and deletes data that was unsynchronized from the previous sync. This is the same as data sync. You can continue to use the application to work on the same or other records when the aggressive sync is in progress.

To configure full sync, you can define the group setting SET019 Enable Aggressive Sync (module ServiceMax iPad Client, submodule Synchronization) to Full Sync.
