The following table lists the various permissions required for Depot Queue objects:

Depot Queue Item	View, Create, Read, and Edit
Workstation	View, Create, Read, and Edit
Depot Queue Item History	View, Create, Read, and Edit
Depot Management Process	View, Create, Read, and Edit
Location	View, Create, Read, and Edit
Location Covered	View, Create, Read, and Edit

Assigning Supervisor Permissions

To enable the user to act as a Supervisor, you must assign custom permission, Depot Queue Management at either the Salesforce Profile level or User level.

Default Queue Modes by User Role

The default view on the Depot Queue tab in ServiceMax is determined by your user profile. The following table lists the default modes visible based on the user role.

User Role	Modes Visible
Supervisor and technician in the Location Covered	List, Summary, and Kanban
Supervisor but not a technician, in the Location Covered	List and Summary
Not a supervisor but a Technician in the Location Covered	List and Kanban
