Depot Qualifier
The Depot Qualifier enables you to configure various geographical or non-geographical attributes to a depot. While submitting a Depot Service Request, the engine retrieves the product or address data based on the objects sorted for data matching in the
Depot Locator Match Settings. For more information, see

The engine then matches the retrieved data with the attributes configured in the Depot Qualifier, and automatically assign the most suitable depot for faulty products added under Return Cart. For more information, see
Submitting Depot Service Request.
This automates depot selection process, ensuring that each item is routed to the most appropriate depot based on the defined criteria.
You can configure the following attributes for a depot:
• Geographical: Under Geographical, you can define Country, State, City, Zip Code, or Zip range. If the attributes defined under Geographical match the Installed Product’s (IB) Location, the depot is assigned to the Product added in the Depot Service Request.
• Product: Under Product, you can define Product, Product Line, or Product Family. If the Product, Product Line, or Product Family defined under Product match the Product added in the Depot Service Request, the depot is assigned to the Product.
