Timesheets and Related Records Management in Mobile App
In the mobile app, technicians can view and edit Timesheets and their related records using standard SFM transactions. These transactions enable users to access Timesheet records and navigate to associated Timesheet Daily Summary and Time Entry records.

Timesheet Daily Summary
Click to edit an existing Timesheet record and create, edit, or delete its related Timesheet Daily Summary records.
Create Timesheet Entries
Click to create, edit, or delete Time Entry records from a Timesheet Daily Summary record. This transaction is invoked as a linked SFM process.
Edit Timesheet
Click to edit an existing Timesheet record.
Edit Timesheet Summary
Click to edit an existing Timesheet Daily Summary record and manage its associated Time Entry records.
Additional Details
In the Timesheet screen, the Total Hours field in the header section is calculated as the sum of the Total Hours values from all Timesheet Daily Summary records displayed in the lines section. This calculation uses a ServiceMax formula.
From each Timesheet Daily Summary record, technicians can create, edit, or delete Time Entry records by invoking the Create Timesheet Entries linked SFM process.
