Timesheet Engine Execution
This section provides details on creation of records for a sample timesheet configuration. The SCON Scheduler creates new Timesheet, Timesheet Daily Summary, and Time Entry records as per the schedule in the timesheet configuration. If the Timesheet and other related records are created successfully, then an email is sent to the email ID configured. The email includes details of the summary of records created, any error encountered while creating a Timesheet, and other related records.

• The email is sent to the email ID configured in the Send error notifications to this email address option.
• If the checkbox Notify technician when Timesheet is selected, an email is sent to the technician user, with the details of the timesheet created.

The following are the types of records that the SCON Scheduler creates:
• Timesheet Daily Summary records are created as per the schedule defined in the Properties tab
• Time Entry records are created as per the schedule defined in the Autofill tab
The actual days on which the scheduler creates Timesheet, Timesheet Daily Summary, and Time Entry records are as follows:
• Run Timesheet Header On (Weekly): On each of the days (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and so on) specified in the timesheet configuration, every week.
• Day of Month to Generate Timesheet Header (Monthly): On the day of the month specified in the timesheet configuration, every month:
◦ If the configured day is 31, scheduler will run only during the months that have 31 days, to create Timesheet records.
◦ Similarly, if the configured day is 30, scheduler will not run in the month of February.
◦ If the configured day is 29, scheduler will not run in the month of February in non-leap years.
• First Recurrence Day (Bi-Monthly): On two days of the month as per the timesheet configuration, every month:
◦ On the First Recurrence day and 15 days later (First Recurrence Day + 15), for Timesheet records.
◦ On the First Recurrence day and Second Recurrence day respectively, for Time Entry records.

For Monthly schedule Day, if a configured day does not occur in any specific month, scheduler will not run during those months to create Timesheet records.
