Timesheet Engine Execution in 23.1
This section provides details on creation of records for a sample timesheet configuration. The SCON Scheduler creates new Timesheet, Timesheet Daily Summary, and Time Entry records as per the schedule in the timesheet configuration. If the Timesheet and other related records are created successfully, then an email is sent to the email ID configured. The email includes details of the summary of records created, any error encountered while creating a Timesheet, and other related records.

The email is sent to the email ID configured in the Send error notifications to this email address option.
If the checkbox Notify technician when Timesheet is selected, an email is sent to the technician user, with the details of the timesheet created.
The following are the types of records that the SCON Scheduler creates:
Timesheet Daily Summary records are created as per the schedule defined in the Properties tab.
Time Entry records are created as per the schedule defined in the Autofill tab.
