The default configuration of ServiceMax includes more than 150 submodules, grouped under more than 20 modules. Both the modules and the submodules are named intuitively, indicating the purpose and scope of the associated feature. The submodules you need to know in the context of any specific feature are best listed and explained along with the relevant feature. You can then use this information to manage the values of all the applicable configuration settings.

For instance, all the functionalities related to ServiceMax for iPad mobile apparel are covered by the submodules under module ServiceMax iPad Client. Some submodules such as Calendar, iPad SFM Search, and Synchronization include settings that determine the app behavior. Many of these settings apply to the other mobile apps such as Mobile For Laptops, ServiceMax for iPhone, and ServiceMaxfor Android also.
