Show Route to/from Overnight Stay Location
You can view technician route plotted automatically to and from overnight stay location using the Show Route feature. Overnight stay locations are indicated by the Schedule Optimization engine, through overnight stay events.
The Show Route option plots the start location of the technician route from his overnight-stay location, if the technician is associated with overnight-stay event in the previous day. The address information for overnight-stay location is populated by Schedule Optimization engine.
The Show Route option plots the end location of the technician route from his overnight-stay location, if the technician is associated with overnight-stay event in the current day.
Following are the highlights of how Show Route plots overnight stay locations:
• The technician’s overnight-stay location is represented by crescent moon icon (
), which is hard-wired.
), which is hard-wired.• Event Type and Event Subject are displayed on hovering the overnight-stay icon.
• The color of overnight-stay icon (crescent moon) is synchronized with the route colors when it is plotted.
